Dimensional Art
These pieces are either flat and can be hung on the wall such as HoliDAZE and Friend or Foe or they are used as exterior decoration, vases and water features. They range in size from 9x9 to 36” tall. All of the materials in these pieces are weather proof and though they can be left out for the winter it is best to put them in a barn or under cover so they are not left out in the extreme temperatures and freeze thaw cycles that colder climates are prone to. If you live somewhere with a less extreme climate this is not applicable.  In that case feel free to invite me out to see these pieces in their warmer habitats; especially anytime after November and before the end of March! Tee heee.

Friend or Foe
10x10” Materials: Cinca ceramic tile, smalti, gold, art glass, marble and vitreous glass, contorno. The subject matter is not actually the sunflower as would appear to be the case but the two insects vying for territory on the flower. There is a bee to the top and a beetle to the bottom: Which one is the good bug my gardening friends? Private Collection.
Providence Flower Show Fountain
3 layers, 36” tall, top 28” wide, bottom 18” wide. Foam base with 3-d rings of iridescent glass in Lime and cobalt blue. This piece was designed for the 2006 Flowershow as the capstone to the display. A labyrinth of stone called the caregiver river sent one from the perimeters of the display to the center of the labyrinth where this fountain gently gurgled a soft stream of water. Visitors found themselves wandering past gardens scented with spring flowers as well as artworks created by the participants of Gardening for Goods clients and many other friends. This display won an award – People’s choice for non-profit organizations. Similar designs can be ordered, this fountain is in the collection of the artist.

Glass Spheres

Black and Blue 10”, Grey and Green 5” Art Glass. The fountain sat in a bed of polished black pebbles and twinkling lights with these spheres reflecting the light in all directions. Available.
